Responsibilities:

• Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
• Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end close financial reporting.
• Ensure an accurate and timely external reporting (Custom, Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board – BKPM and others).
• Involve in the budgeting process and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with the local tax, statutory and legal requirements.
• Ensure the development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department and other departments.
• Petty Cash Management and AP/AR Management.
• Cash and Bank Reconciliation.
• Payments and Salaries.
• Cash Flow Reporting

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field and position is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Cibitung,Bekasi.
• Preferably Supervisor / Assistant Managers specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Familiar with SAP System and MS. Office
• Fluent in English both Oral or Written
