Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the overall Accounting,Finance,Tax and Sales Administration
- Controlling and analyzing the implementation of financial, accounting, tax, sales administration system and procedures
- Controlling and coordinating the compliance with current taxation law (tax planning, reporting and payment), accounting principles and regulation.
- Planning and coordinating improvements to the Finance, Accounting and Administration structure and procedures
- Reconcile control accounts and ensure reconciling items are followed up and corrected on an ongoing basis.
Requirements:
- Male/Female, max 27 years old
- S1 in accounting, ipk min 3
- Min 4 year working experience
- Strong in number and analytical thinking
- Computer literate, especially in MS Office plus advance level in MS Office Excel
- Have excellent knowledge about accounting & tax operational process is must
- Can operate accurate accounting software is advantage
- Proficient in English and Mandarin is an advantage.
- Detail oriented, analytical, neat and tidy in handling all financial and accounting works
- Preferably has experience as Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
